Joe Kapp
Joe Kapp is a global entrepreneur, retired private wealth manager, investor, and visionary leader. Known as the “Wiz of Biz,” he became a multimillionaire by closely studying his affluent clients while working as a private wealth advisor. His journey began at KPMG, where he collaborated with Fortune 100 companies, gaining expertise in technology, tax, and audit. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of financial structures, risk management, and business strategy, shaping his future in private wealth management and entrepreneurship. After KPMG, Joe joined a Silicon Valley software company specializing in CRM and sales automation. He later founded a successful private wealth advisory firm, which he sold before retiring at 40. Following his retirement, he launched Behavioral Businessa management consulting firm helping businesses navigate challenges through an entrepreneurial mindset. His passion for entrepreneurship led him to establish New Biz Launchpad, a business accelerator. His expertise quickly gained national and international recognition, culminating in an invitation to speak at the United Nations.
Dancho Dimkov
Dancho Dimkov is a B2B management consultant, serial entrepreneur, and global thought leader dedicated to helping businesses achieve financial freedom. His journey began at an early age, earning him the title of Global Innovator for 2009 at just 22 years old, leading to international speaking engagements in Finland, India, Brazil, and beyond. His career spans founding a marketing agency, managing a software company, and ultimately launching BizzBee Solutions, a leading management consultancy that has supported over 400 companies. His expertise in business growth and lead generation earned him recognition as a “40 under 40” awardee. Dancho is the author of three books, including: Sweet Leads, A Journey To Financial Freedom and 8 Qualities For Great Leadership. Now semi-retired in Skopje, Macedonia, Dancho continues his mission of guiding entrepreneurs and business owners toward financial success. With his wife and three children by his side, he remains committed to empowering others to unlock the doors to financial freedom and sustainable business growth.
